We're looking for a resilient and proactive individual with a passion for sales and a genuine interest in hospitality to drive our business development initiatives. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for potential clients, showcasing our suite of products and setting up appointments for our sales team. This position is ideal for those with outbound sales experience or hospitality professionals looking to leverage their industry knowledge in a sales capacity.

Key Role Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective hospitality businesses to introduce Oolio’s products and services.
- Identify and qualify potential leads, understanding their specific needs and challenges.
- Schedule appointments for the field sales team with qualified prospects.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes in the CRM system.
- Achieve or exceed weekly and monthly targets for calls made and appointments set.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine scripts and strategies for effective outreach.
- Stay informed about Oolio’s product offerings and industry trends to address potential client inquiries effectively.
Your skills
- Previous experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or a related role is preferred.
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
